Welcome to TapirBeacon. By accessing or purchasing from our online store (the "Site"), which offers Keyboards, Mice, and Headphones, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. User Agreement

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained parental consent. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information, though the Site does not provide a user center. All transactions are processed on a guest basis. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process. TapirBeacon reserves the right to refuse service, terminate orders, or remove content at its sole discretion.

2. Intellectual Property

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TapirBeacon, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product. This limitation applies even if TapirBeacon has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts are not eligible.
Process: To initiate a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will include the product price minus any applicable restocking fees (if any) and original shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
